From a small village a person came in 2 tier city with family of two brother one sister. His father was working in army at a lower rank. This person wants to study but found it difficult to continue because of financial problems. Thus he thought of starting a side business to full fill his family needs and to continue the studies. He started with the business of selling wooden blocks to poor families for cooking purpose. In this business he found that there were more losses then profit margin and thus wants to shift on some other business idea. At the age of 19 he started a new business that of flour mill, but again incurred losses in the same. Then in the age of 21 he started another business that of milk production with the help of two cows. The important thing which was there with this man is, the level of energy and passion about doing business, which was multiplying with every failure. He never thought of giving up and continued with the new business ideas and concepts. This time he took help of his brother to start milk business. Eventually this business started giving good returns and there was an constant growth. But the entrepreneurial mind didn’t stop there only, this time the energy level and passion of entrepreneurship got doubled. As a result of this the man thought of starting one more business and that is scrap trading. This time he did market study which we call as market research in technical terms to find out the opportunities present in the Scrap trading. He came to know that there are very less players in this field and there will be a good scope for future. With this finding he started a new business of scrap trading. Now his failure made him a true entrepreneur by giving the knowledge about judging the things and predicting the future before taking up any project or business , which in technical terms we use to say as feasibility study. He succeeded in the scrap business, which was generating a good chunk of revenue. As the time goes on he understood all the aspects of his business. After few years when his foundation was yielding to there maximum expectation he came to know that for both of his business transportation is playing a key role. Any problem with the transportation system has a direct impact on his both business, primarily on the scrap trading. To make his system of business more efficient and effective he thought of starting his own transportation system which will remove major dependence of his business on outside agencies. Thus after a span of four year he started his own transportation company. In technical terms we call it as vertical integration. With this step his business of scrap improved a lot and got a USP in market.
Now he has Milk Production Business, Scrap Trading Company, Transportation Company, Plastic Plant, Bottle Recycling Plant, Etc.
